NAYA NAZIMABAD FLOODING MIGHT BRING PROPERTY VALUE DOWN

People are avoiding to speak more of Naya Nazimabad after seeing the flooding situation. People who brought their homes at Super Highway were one considering moving to Naya Nazimabad due to the standards and infrastructure. However; when the latest images surfaced, people began to take back their suggestions and decisions.

With the passage of time, people changed their minds. The first impression of the society came up as a posh area offering plots and homes at reasonable prices that increased with time. However; the project will be highly affected due to the situation there.

Property that is worth Rs. 12 million will be difficult to sell now as the overall reputational and property value is coming down. People believe that the property value of this specific area will come down by 25% to 30%.

The executive director Muhammad Ejaz of Naya Nazimabad thinks differently. He believes that the society is second to none and nothing can change its image. The concern that the houses are being affected due to water is not being taken under consideration. Despite his confidence, people still believe that the rates will drastically go down in Naya Nazimabad. The flooding in these areas are not as per the history.

This society is attractive due to its wide roads, infrastructure and overall dimensions on which it has been built. However; they should be taking keen steps in order to get over the problems which are currently residing in the society.
