    WHY SHOULD YOU NOT SELL YOUR PROPERTIES ON BAD PRICES IN PAKISTAN?

    Currently, the state of the present real estate market and how the prices are falling for properties day by saying seem to have tensed up all the customers or potential customers for many real estate projects. Such is also the case with people who have invested in Bahria Town Karachi.

    Bahria Town has now imposed additional charges for development to all the present customers who are being given possession, and Bahria will continue to do so with other kinds of costs as well. People are now looking for a way out and somehow trying to sell their properties at any rate they can get.

    THE PRESENT MARKET SITUATION

    The present situation of the real estate market seems to be very bad, and real estate agencies are offering very minimal or lowest prices they can for any property.

    • Please do not sell your property in such a market as it is not beneficial for you.
    • There are people in the real estate market who will try to take advantage of your vulnerability in the real estate market right now and will offer you a meager price for your property that you may even be able to sell for more than what they are offering.
    • Right now, Bahria town Karachi is facing negativities in the sector because of this new uproar of customers claiming answers for the original charges.
    • Negativity is not the best time to get reasonable prices for any piece of land that you have anywhere.

    A FEW REASONS

    The overall real estate market is not down because of the new policies of Bahria Town Karachi. That is just one of the many reasons the market is down.

    • There are several other factors, such as the dollar rate, the UAE's real estate market's downfall, etc.
    • The supreme court is also asking the Bahria Town management to establish a boundary wall, so they do not exceed their development onto areas that are not under their possession.
    • These new impositions by the Bahria Town management are just one of the prime reasons that you will not get a reasonable price for it.

    BEWARE

    Beware of agents and agencies that will try to take advantage of your situation are the moment and will ask you to sell your property at the minimal price right now because the market is terrible.

    • Do not sell your property to agencies like that and survey your options before you settle at a point.
    • If you do not have a  dire need of money or you do not have to invest in another project, then we would suggest that you let the market cool down for a bit, even in the artificial hype.
    • Then you can sell your property at a better price and not regret it.

    The market fluctuates all the time, and prices of specific projects go up and down. Do not sell your property unless it is essential and wait for the market to rise when you can get a much better price for something you invested in for so long.
