PROTEST AGAINST BAHRIA TOWN KARACHI EXTRA 35% CHARGES

Clear Policies: Bahria Heights and other incomplete or under construction projects should be presented with clear policies for the customers as there has been a lot of confusion already concerning the prices and charges of Bahria Town Karachi.

10% on corner plots at Golf City: There was an extra charge of 10% in the corner plots of Bahria Town’s GOLF CITY. That is the entire additional amount that should be asked for, and no other extra payments will be made.

Refunds to be cleared up: All the refunds that are pending as of right now should be cleared by Bahria Town Karachi as soon as possible. These refunds seem to have a very long waiting period for its customers.

No maintenance charges before completion: Customers will not be paying any maintenance charges to Bahria Town Karachi before the construction is completed.

Electricity Bills: Bahria Town needs to even its bills onto the rates of K-electric and bill their electric units like the rest of the city.
