List of Unapproved Societies by SBCA in Sindh

How did it come to this? The Sindh Building Control Authority has published a list of all the societies and such projects that are not approved by SBCA. Thus, now they are termed as illegal. 

SBCA has marked these societies, colonies, towns, goths, and projects as fake and illegal. You are advised to be cautious of these societies and double-check where are you buying at.

The Authorities have decided to take an action against these projects and societies. These projects do not have their plans and maps approved nor do they have any NOCs with them. 

These societies are blacklisted and citizens must take proper care when buying, as these societies are openly selling the plots and land without any breaks or repercussions whatsoever.
