Kylie purchased her first house, it was based on 4,851 Sq.Ft in Calabasas California. She was only 17 years old in 2015. This mini mansion was located in the Oaks neighborhood and cost her $2.6 million. She sold the house making a million in profit in 2017.

In 2016, she purchased her second mini-mansion in Hidden hills.

When she still had the ownership of Calabasas property, Jenner was 18 years old when she purchased her second mini mansion in Hidden Hills, California, for just over 6$ million in May 2016. She got this small mansion for $4.5 million and planned to use it as a home office while she was residing in the first Hidden Hills mansion. Kylie made headlines in August when she put this vacant plot for sale, the asking price was $5.55 million. This land was purchased with intentions to make it a garden and horse farm but she sold it 10 months later and settled for $5.35 million instead.
