Fazaia Housing Scheme was inaugurated as a joint venture with Pakistan Air Force (PAF) in 2015. The builders of FHS gathered considerable amount from around 6000 people with a promise to provide best living standards and desirable homes and apartments. However, sadly they were thinking of their benefit to mint money by making fool to the general public. But the scam didn’t hide for so long as one has to pay for it.

Related to the scam, the victims of Fazaia Housing Scheme have also filed cases against the builders to recover their deposited amount and urged the judicial commission to establish a team for their inquiry regarding the affairs of FHS. It added that they did a fraud of 18 million Rs by taking an advance on unseen (structure) of apartments, bungalows and developmental fees.

    The Decision

While executing the launch of the scheme, the suspects defied the laws and regulations and not taken the permission of advertisement, booking, sale and development. Even the layout plan was not approved by the Malir Development Authority (MDA). Reports also revealed that around 36 more joint accounts in the bank had discovered of the suspects. Additionally, the suspects had captured 180 acres area of the government illegally.
