    Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi Scam to Refund Victims- NAB

    On order of Supreme Court dated 5th October, 2020 and High Court of Sindh on 7th October, 2020, it has been addressed to National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Karachi to refund the amount claimed by the victims of Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi and to quickly resolve the matter. 
    The affected people of Fazaia Housing Scheme scam will be contacted regarding the payment and claims receiving only to those whose statements have been submitted to NAB. They will be informed on their provided phone numbers within a week. 
    Those victims of FHS who have not started the process yet or has not done submitted their claims now immediately submitted their claims to NAB office. It requires to be submitted through an application and documents needed are:

    • Copy of CNIC
    • Receipt of booking, payments, allotment and related documents

    Submit either personally, or you can take help of the authorized agent. The timings are from 10:00 am to 03:00 pm Monday to Friday at the given address mentioned below.
    NAB Karachi Office: Investigation wing – II, Old Baluchistan House near Ziauddin Hospital, Clifton Block-2, Karachi.

    Notice for Applicants:

    The claimants are requested to follow the guidance and given instructions related to the claim submission and return of payment.

    The Scam Background

    On 19th May, 2020 High court ordered to refund the amount of public.

    Previously Fazaia Housing Scheme was reported to be fraud and scamming people. They let down the market by stealing money in the name of society which is totally cheat. The real estate market do not stand with this housing scheme as it is just playing with public’s emotions and hard earned money. 

    Sindh High Court ordered NAB to facilitate the affectees and sort out the matter in short period of time. The SHC directed NAB to cater both sides to fulfill the requirements under given affidavits within six months otherwise the investigation would be revived with the builders.
