Bahria Sports City

Bahria Town is offering a healthy environment by developing the Bahria sports city which features cycling and jogging track. The area is surrounded by greenery and nature’s beauty, serving refreshing feel to relax mind and body. It is located between precincts 34 and 45. It was a great initiative presenting plots and villas on the plan of four-year payment with spacious sports facilities included. The sports city is called a unique project because of two main qualities it is surrounded by, covering precinct 37, which has Eiffel tower and precinct 36 possessing Rafi stadium has almost reached to its development. This stadium will leave a considerable impact on the neighbouring precincts once the cricket matches start here, the value will be increased for sure.

New Map Confusion

The customers of Bahria Town has developed uncertainty about the new map of Bahria Town that soon plans of Bahria Town will be renewed to which there is no official statement announced by Bahria Town management yet. However, some dealers or market holders are rumouring and circulating the news to confuse people or conveying a futile message to go out of the boundary wall. Bahria does not make changes in the map, and the management has issued no statement. If we talk onsite about Bahria Paradise precinct 47, around 35% portion is out of boundary wall from the left side area, and no development is started off the site yet following the parameters. Same like precinct 48 that its 60% portion is undeveloped, but the map exists. These are two different things the existence of the map, and when you see the site, practically it seems unprogressive. Although there is no development there, maybe Bahria Town will acquire the land for further evolution. There are many possibilities that Bahria management is concerning this matter and dealing on it to get possession.

The only answer they receive is there are no alterations in the map, and Bahria Town will deliver the development as per plans direction in future.
