    On the other hand Bahria Town Karachi witnessed a huge criticism by most of the builders and other authorities. The claim is that a land of around 16,000 acres of Bahria Town Karachi is not leased and it is seizure by Malik Riaz. The critiques says that it is an illegal construction and investment is such projects is very risky. There have been a lot videos and news circulating on social media regarding unlawful construction of BTK. However the major question that arises here is that why these authorities and builders are active immediately right after the notice of demolition of the Nasla Tower and other such building. Moreover, if BTK construction is illegal then what is the justification of such building construction whose commission certificates are still held on for not following structure plan as it was proposed to be by the builders?

    Apart from this Karachi is considered to be the 6th largest city but still we are not yet introduced with the land reforms. Unfortunately we are still trapped in the patwari system, where we are oppressed and compelled to act in a certain way. Our land documents are not in our preferred language, although it should be in common languages that is easily understandable by everyone. So, we don’t have clarity regarding such things.
